This email is to announce the next event Norcal4Iran is trying to plan along with other groups as a part of United4Iran in NYC for UN General Assembly; We count on each and everyone of you to support this as you supported July 25th Mega Rally with your presence.

Hi Friends,
Thank you all for your support. Together we made July 25th global day of action a truly historic event. And Northern California stood apart by having 10,000 people (SF police estimate!!! the largest in the world!!!) strong voicing their solidarity with the people of Iran.

In is in this spirit that we continue our fight for the observance of basic human rights in Iran. Many of us are aware that the brutal violence and oppression by the Islamic Republic of Iran on its people has not ceased.

This September 23-30 will mark the opening of the United Nations General Assemble. We are organizing efforts to have a large scale demonstration to say demand human and civil rights in Iran on September 23 and 24th. People will gather from countries world wide to demand that the United Nations pay more attention to the situation in Iran.
